Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to access to v2ray-build.com, reading materials on this site, and using its download guides. Read the terms below before proceeding. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant services. These terms do not replace any client’s own license agreement or constitute legal advice.
1. Site Purpose and Scope
This site provides introductions, download links, and setup guides for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG. Its content is for educational, technical research, and informational purposes only. It is not professional advice tailored to any particular network environment, a guarantee of suitability, or an endorsement by the open-source projects featured here.
Interface labels, menu paths, and configuration recommendations in our guides may change as clients are updated. Follow the interface and software prompts you see, along with the applicable license terms. If you are using a work device or a managed network, obtain any required authorization first.
2. Legal Use and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations, network service terms, and device management policies that apply where you are and wherever your activities take place. Do not use this site’s materials or related clients for illegal activities, including unauthorized system access, data theft, infringement of others’ rights, or disruption of network operations.
Make sure your subscriptions, servers, and network resources come from lawful sources and that you have the necessary authorization to use them. Our instructions do not grant rights to access any third-party resources. You are responsible under applicable law for the purpose and configuration of your use, account security, and the consequences of your actions.
3. Third-Party Software and Network Resources
The software is provided by its respective open-source projects, which determine its features, release schedule, license terms, and bug fixes. Our download guides do not change who provides the software and are not a commitment by this site regarding software quality, compatibility, or ongoing maintenance.
Subscriptions, servers, and other third-party resources are governed by their own terms. This site does not provide nodes, subscription accounts, or network services, and is not involved in transactions for such services. Before accessing or using third-party resources, review their terms of service and privacy notices, and handle subscription URLs and credentials with care.
4. Risks and Limitations of Liability
Information on this site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every device, or that download links, clients, or network connections will remain available. System permissions, network conditions, software updates, and changes to third-party services may affect results.
Before changing routing, DNS, or TUN settings, save your existing configuration and back up important data. To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for connection issues, data loss, or other damages resulting from reliance on these materials, software installation, configuration changes, or interruptions to third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
The names, marks, code, and related materials of V2Ray, V2Fly, Xray, and each client belong to their respective rights holders. We use these names to identify and describe the relevant projects; this does not transfer any rights or imply an authorized partnership.
Use, modification, and redistribution of open-source software must follow the license terms applicable to each project, including any requirements to retain copyright notices and license texts. Text and page designs created by this site are protected by law. When quoting them, credit the source; do not distort their meaning or present reposted content as an official project statement.
6. Changes to These Terms and Feedback
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or documentation. Updates will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Unless otherwise required by law, revisions apply to use after publication. Any legally required notice or effective-date rules will take precedence.
Before continuing, review the terms that apply to your use. For setup questions and troubleshooting, start with the Getting Started guide. To report a documentation issue, follow the guide’s troubleshooting steps and include the client name, steps taken, and error details. Do not share subscription URLs, account credentials, or other sensitive information.
